LIFETIME DIAMOND REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE AND FREE SERVICE POLICY

We will replace any diamond lost from the mounting in normal use, through no fault of the wearer, for your lifetime, Without Charge. Replacement shall be of same size, cut and quality as the original.

HOWEVER, YOUR ARTICLE MUST BE CLEANED AND INSPECTED EVERY SIX MONTHS, AND VALIDATION RECORDED ON OUR STORE CERTIFICATE, FOR THE GUARANTEE TO REMAIN IN EFFECT. There will be NO CHARGE for this service.

Necessary maintenance repairs must be made by this store, at purchaser's expense. Mountings must not have been subjected to damage, accident, or unusual abuse and prongs ( settings) must be intact and not separated.

Be sure to bring thE certificate with you for each six month inspection.

It is our policy to professionally clean and inspect your article at any time, in addition to the guarantee requirements, FREE OF CHARGE.

Although diamonds are one of the hardest substances known to man, they must be treated with the same care that all things precious deserve. It is our hope to help you enjoy the continued beauty and safety of your precious article.

LIFETIME MOUNTING WARRANTY

Each mounting is fully warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the life of the article, normal wear, damage or abuse excluded. Should a defect develop in your mounting, it will be repaired WITHOUT CHARGE

LIFETIME TRADE-IN PRIVILEGE

You, as the original owner, will be allowed full credit, toward the purchase price of any other diamond article(s), of greater value, at any time. Further, we will assure you fair market value due to the increases in the cost of diamonds. A MINIMUM 25% INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT AFTER THE FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF YOUR PURCHASE AND A MINIMUM 50% INCREASE AFTER THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF YOUR PURCHASE, providing your diamond article is un-damaged and there are no diamonds missing from the mounting. The price of the later purchase must be a minimum of 2 times the purchase price of the trade-in diamond(s).

30 day money back guarantee on unengraved, undamaged, returned items only, pending collection of customer's method of initial payment. Estate, consignment, special order, custom crafted, engraved or personalized items are not refundable and exchangeable solely at the discretion of management. Ring sizing negates a full refund. Refund check will be mailed to customer via U.S.P.S. thirty (30) days after paid to store.
